Renting Conditions

• Age and License Requirements:

  • The renter must be at least 22 years old.

  • The renter must have an international driver's license or a car driving license issued by a government agency.

• Driving Experience:

  • The driver must have held their driving license for at least 15 months.

• Deposit:

  • The deposit can be made with cash or credit cards (MasterCard/VISA).

  • The deposit amount ranges from 4000-10000 baht, depending on the car.

  • Deposits made with a credit card will incur an additional charge (3% of the total).

  • Refunds will only be paid back in cash. Refunds cannot be processed back to the credit card.

• Rental Period:

  • The minimum rental period is one day.

Is insurance included?

include basic first-class insurance, which is part of the rental fee. However, this insurance does not cover deductibles if the customer is found at fault in an accident or if no other party is involved.

In the event of an accident where you are at fault or there is no other party involved, the car rental company will charge for damages ("first damages"), which can range from 1,000 to 50,000 baht, depending on the type of car.

You need to provide your passport, an international driving license, and a deposit, which can be made in cash or via credit card. Note that credit card deposits will incur an additional fee of 3% of the total amount.

What to Do If Issues Arise on the Road?

If you experience a breakdown, accident, or mechanical issue, contact the car rental company immediately. They will authorize necessary repairs or provide a replacement vehicle. Keep all required documentation, as it may be needed for claims. For accidents, both a police report and an incident report from the rental counter are required.

Allowed Driving Area

You may only operate the car within the regions of Phang Nga, Surat Thani, Krabi, and Phuket. Exiting these areas will cause the vehicle to automatically deactivate.

Car Deposit Amount

The deposit amount depends on the car and ranges from 5000 to 10000 baht. Payment can be made with a card or in cash, in either Dollars or Baht.
